This allows them to fully understand your business needs and with their specialist knowledge can support you with any requirements you may have. As part of our ongoing support we like to encourage our team to meet with their clients. We believe face to face meetings encourage long lasting relationships and allows time to discus future plans and where additional support is needed.

We make sure all our candidates are compliant to NHS framework standard, CV is checked for proven experience, DBS is always up to date, eligibility to work in the UK is verified, fitness to work is proven, references and professional registration checked and ID card and time sheet are issued.

Our team constantly attends training sessions to ensure we're always up to date on all legislation and regulatory guidelines. The team works hard to ensure they're working to the highest standards and can proudly present 100% pass rate in all of our external audits. By listening to our clients needs we strategically try to hold open days nationwide as often as we can. With our extensive volume of candidates we target areas of the country and encourage new registrants to attend. At these events we aim to speed up the compliance process by interviewing candidates.
